CO₂ extraction

CO₂ extraction is one of the purest methods of obtaining cannabis concentrates. Instead of using butane or other solvents, it uses carbon dioxide (CO₂) in its supercritical state - where it has both gas and liquid properties. This process allows the selective extraction of cannabinoids and terpenes without leaving harmful residues. The resulting extract is often referred to as CO₂ oil and is considered a safer and more environmentally friendly alternative to BHO. CO₂ extraction is commonly used to produce oils for vape cartridges and other concentrates suitable for dabbing.
